Who May Use the Site: The Site is not intended or designed for users under the age of 18. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under 18, we ask that you not send us any Personal Information.

Users from the European Union are advised not to disclose Personal Information to YouTrendMe. YouTrendMe is a Michigan company and information sent to us will be housed on servers located in the United States. Collection and Use of Personal Information: We may collect Personal Information that you provide to us when you:

Shopping at YouTrendMe: When you purchase products or services at or through our Site, and use a credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other means of payment for any of your purchases, we may collect the necessary information to process your transaction, including your credit or debit card information and keep a history of your purchases. Storing Your Information: YouTrendMe is a Michigan company and operates primarily in Michigan. But because of the expansive nature of the Internet and associated technologies, your data may be stored in numerous locations around the United States.

Third Party Websites: Our Privacy Policy only applies to the YouTrendMe Site. It does not apply to other websites that we may from time-to-time link to. These other sites are outside of our control and operate according to their own privacy practices so remember to consult those website's privacy policies.

Site Registration: Registration is an optional service provided by our Site. You do not have to register to browse on our Site, but you do have to register to interact with our Site, including for obtaining membership benefits, making a purchase, and sharing information with our community. When you register, you are asked for information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and a password that you select. Your registration information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier or allow you to fully participate on our Site, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information. Also, when you register you may have the opportunity to sign up for future marketing information from YouTrendMe.

Contests, Questions or Surveys: From time-to-time, YouTrendMe may offer you the chance to ask a question, participate in a survey, or enter a contest or sweepstakes through a sponsored event or through our Site. Information Sharing Disclosure Requests: Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, a California resident has the right to request one Notice of Information-Sharing Disclosure per year which will identify any third parties to whom the business has disclosed personal information within the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information disclosed, for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
